An Integrated Approach to Mental Health
About My Practice
As an Adult General Psychiatrist, I see a wide variety of mental health concerns, from Major Depressive Disorder and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, to those who are navigating challenging times or simply wish to deepen their self-understanding.
My treatment of patients is multi-faceted, and includes psychopharmacology, psychotherapy with cognitive-behavioral strategies, nutrition, and mindfulness-based practices such as meditation. I work together with my patients to help develop their optimal mental health, healing, and overall well-being, focusing not only on what's "wrong" or distressing but also cultivating growth, exploration, and soundness of mind and body.
